About Me

I am a highly driven regulatory reporting accountant, with a passion for continuous learning and process improvement. With a strong work ethic, advanced analytical skills, and a thirst for mastering new challenges, I quickly adapt to complex tasks and take pride in delivering accurate, efficient results.

My ambition is to hold an influential role in an organisation, where I can leverage my mindset and expertise to drive positive change across the business, benefiting all stakeholders involved.

In my current role as Regulatory Accountant at Tandem Bank, my main responsibility is delivery of the capital and statistical returns. On top of my BAU activities here, I am also internally leading on the move to the Basel 3.1 framework and I’m heavily involved in a project to automate our data & returns processes.

My previous roles in the banking industry have been in small, expert teams, giving me the opportunity to deliver a comprehensive range of banking returns including capital, liquidity, treasury, and statistical reports.

Key parts of my roles have been process development, and data quality projects as well as designing and implementing new returns/rule changes.
